First calendar month of MiLB season is in the books and it's time to award April's top performers. In my monthly picks I will select a Starting Pitcher, a Relief Pitcher and a Position Player from each level. Eligibility for the honors are as follows:

• Starting Pitcher must have at least 20 inning pitched at that level.
• Relief Pitcher must have at least 10 innings pitched at that level.
• Position Player must have at least 60 at bats at that level.
